You are confusing HIV and flu. While both are viral diaesses, flu can be picked up easily but will usually go away after a cold and feverish symptoms for 2-5 days utmost. Yes, by kissing and close intimacy.HIV is not so .there has to be some mixing of body fluids, especially semen or saliva most probably through some break in the skin directly into the blood or as per vagina or anal intercourse. Your saying you have used an condom with no blood, should eliminate that possibility.HIV has to be tested (ELISA and other laboratory ones) and that too after 2-3 months. While there may be fever and malaise initially, some times it goes off mildly, but you may start harbouring the virus in your blood stream ..Hope you have not picked it up. Do the tests after 3 months to be sure. Be careful in future.
