...@ukoo2uHi,I saw the page you are telling me about.Firstly about date, there is a bit of stenitg that need to be done for it to be displayed.Just go to Settings>>Formatting and change the Timestamp Format to Day,month date,Year.For example:- Sunday,October 03,2010.It will show up.Now about the post. Tell me while posting did you add any customization,any kind of code or something like that.If yes then remove it ,just type simple text in the post editor and post it.Don't add anything extra. Now for the image. The size of images which will suite is 175(width) X 175(height).The border that is around the images in the preview of template will only show up if the size of image is 175px X 175px.The code that i have given up under the heading"How to post" is actually the way for posting the content.If you have any problem just leave a comment.I will try to solve it.
